Ivy Bridge Counseling is expanding, and we are actively seeking creative and compassionate psychotherapists to join our dynamic practice for the following positions:

Licensed Therapist (FL)- FT, PT, In-person and Remote Positions

• Masters degree or higher in a Mental Health related field REQUIRED (Clinical Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family, or Psychology)

• Independently Licensed to practice in Florida, in good active standing; Must hold a valid (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT)

• At least one year experience working with children 0 - 8 years old preferred (may be in related field)

My supervision model integrates the Relational and Interpersonal modalities, addressing the unique developmental stages of your internship. Our focus will be on exploring the significance of relationships and the impact of your personal emotions and interactions on therapeutic relationships, decision-making processes, and clinical interventions. The supervision approach will be hands-on, strength-based, and tailored to meet your individual needs, differences, and clinical goals. To enhance your skills, we will incorporate Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) strategies, fostering the development of robust case conceptualization and decision-making skills. This preparation is designed to support your journey towards licensure and the establishment of a strong counseling practice. I am also thrilled to share that I am actively working towards becoming a Registered Play Therapist™ Supervisor, with an anticipated completion date of 06/2024. This additional qualification will further enrich our supervision experience.
